Our first suggestion would be to have our team out to inspect your roof and have a core sample taken. This allows us to see the condition of your roof, how many roofs you have, and what the condition of the internal materials is. The most important aspect of this is to see if there is moisture underneath your roof membrane— if there is moisture, a section or the whole roof might need to be replaced. After evaluating your roof, we will provide you with our professional opinion on what we believe your roof needs and what we suggest based on your original inquiry.
One of our recommendations may be to have a seal coat placed over your existing roof membrane. This is an effective alternative to having your roof completely replaced and can be a great protective solution. A seal coat is a liquid barrier that, after application, solidifies and creates an additional layer of protection for your roof. It is a cost-effective alternative to replacing your roof and will extend your roof’s lifespan by enhancing its waterproofing capabilities.
